LILY AND TIM'S BATHROOM

Get the look

If you’ve ever dreamed of a bathroom that feels both timeless and deeply personal, Lily and Tim’s Brooklyn Heights renovation is brimming with inspiration. Their space is light, calm, and full of little details that tell their family story - proof that a bathroom can be so much more than purely functional.

When we first spoke to Lily and Tim, they shared how their design was inspired by their travels, their family history, and the joy of daily rituals. From hand painted Delft tiles with meaningful motifs to a vintage Gustavian armoire and blue-and-white accents, every choice was made with intention. The result? A serene, inviting space where classic craftsmanship meets modern simplicity.

If you’re looking to create a similar feel in your own home, start with a base that’s light and uncluttered. Then, layer in personal touches by weaving in Delft designs with flowers and scenes that resonate with you or adding vintage finds that are reminiscent of your family heritage or travels.

In this Get the Look, we’ll walk you through the tiling elements Lily and Tim chose and show you how to recreate this blend of heritage, charm, and understated elegance in your own bathroom.
