This water-based pre-grout treatment is suitable for all textured porcelain tile surfaces, creating a protective barrier on the tiles to reduce the amount of residue left on tiles after grouting, while allowing the surface to breathe.
This treatment is especially useful when laying highly textured tiles or when using dark coloured grout.
For high levels of residue, follow with our Grout Remover to clean off any excess grout, cement or dirt.
How to apply:
- Apply to laid tiles before grouting in an even layer, using a broad paint brush, roller or fine-mist sprayer
- Leave to dry for 30 minutes
- Apply a second coat and leave to cure for a minimum of 1 hour before grouting
- Once grout is dry, clean the tiles to remove the grout residue and the protective layer of pre-grout treatment.

Returns
We accept returns of full boxes, or sealed units, of unused accessory products only, returned to our Marlborough warehouse in saleable condition and within 14 days of original delivery.
