Samples are priced including post and packing and will be refunded excluding post and packing if returned to our Head Office or Marlborough and Cheltenham showrooms in good condition, within one month of receipt and with proof of purchase.

Please be aware that our hand painted décor tiles are painted to order and there may be a delay of a couple of weeks before they are available to despatch.
