Marketing Executive

We are looking for a dynamic all-round mid-level marketeer to join our team. You will focus on e-commerce and digital content marketing while supporting wider activities both online and offline.


  • Execute all day-to-day marketing activities in line with the marketing plan in order to grow brand awareness and increase market share.


  • Liaise with our partner agencies (digital marketing and web development) and freelance suppliers to execute the marketing plan
  • Keep track of all marketing projects using our project management software, Asana (training will be provided)
  • Work with our head of marketing to create, manage and deliver a multi-channel content plan
  • Content creation for multiple channels and customer groups including SEO-optimised blog and writing product descriptions, e-newsletters, organic social media content and social advertising
  • Work with the product development team on new collections to plan launch campaigns and create supporting collateral
  • Identify, liaise with and manage campaigns with brand ambassadors, influencers and interior designers to promote our brand
  • Be the point of contact for PR, working to a plan and sending images, articles and information to publishers as well as coordinating incoming requests for images and information
  • Manage website content, such as uploading new products, which will include resizing images, writing copy, inputting information via our CMS
  • Manage email marketing campaigns through Mailchimp, schedule and send e-newsletters, manage audience and segments, report on campaign performance
  • Respond to customer queries on social media
  • Report on digital analytics and data insights


No day will be the same in this busy role. You will be equally comfortable turning your hand to both the creative and analytical aspects of marketing – from working with designers to come up with product campaigns to reporting on campaign performance using Google Analytics or Facebook Business Manager. This is the role for you if you are:

  • Ambitious, self-motivated and able to take initiative and work independently
  • Excellent copywriting skills and a high level of visual literacy
  • Highly organised with the ability to plan and coordinate marketing projects within budget and on-time
  • A passion for interiors and homewares
  • You will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role and be looking to take the next step in your career with more responsibility and potential for career advancement.
  • A Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant subject or relevant CIM qualification
  • Highly computer literate with a good grounding in Microsoft Office products and the knowledge of / ability to quickly learn Google Workspaces, Dropbox, Mailchimp, Craft CMS, Adobe Creative Suite, Asana, Canva


Experience managing paid social ads and PPC campaigns using Google Ads, and Facebook Ad manager

Experience with Google Shopping and Instagram Shopping

Experience using Google Analytics

Understanding of SEO principles

Full time (Monday to Friday, 9 until 5:30pm)

£25,000-£30,000 (negotiable depending on experience)

20 days holiday + bank holidays
