Opening times and deliveries this Christmas
Our factory and showroom will be closed from Thursday, 21st December 2023 and will reopen on Tuesday, 2nd January 2024. During this period, you can of course continue to place orders through our website, which will be processed in the new year.
If you wish to order samples of handmade wall tiles and cut floor tiles, the last date to do so for delivery before Christmas is Thursday 14th December.
Hand painted tiles are painted especially for your order, so the lead time for these samples is slightly longer. The last order date for hand painted tile samples to be delivered by Christmas is Friday 8th December. Any orders placed after that date will be sent to you in early January.
If you wish to order handmade wall tiles to be dispatched before Christmas, the last date to do so is Thursday 14th December.
Orders for hand painted tiles typically have a 4 to 6 week lead time, and will be delivered from the first week of January, depending on the date of your order.
Our floor tiles are imported from the finest manufacturers in Italy and Spain, and we do keep stock of them at our factory in Marlborough. If the tiles are in stock, they will be dispatched to you within ten business days, so they may be with you before Christmas, depending on your order date.
If we need to order your floor tiles from abroad, they typically take 3-4 weeks to be delivered to us. If that applies to you, we will contact you once your order is placed to advise a delivery date, likely to be in early January.
